Right now we are only able to ship to the 48 continental United States.
You are entitled to cancel Your Order, without giving any reason, within 24-hours of order placement. No exceptions. Submission of any order serves as acknowledgment that a custom piece of furniture is entering production. For additional information please check our Return Policy page.
All That’s My Seat products are assembled domestically from domestic and imported component parts. We make every effort to source materials in the United States, and all frame wood and mechanisms are 100% American.
We encourage all customers to order a FREE fabric sample prior to ordering. Images on our site are computerized renderings, and slight differences in shade, tone, sheen, and pattern dimensions may exist. Head to our Covers page for more info!
Any concerns about product function or quality should be directed to our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on the specific issue, manufacturer warranties may cover replacement or repair.
Building such a wide variety of products from scratch means we can’t always offer every option on every piece. But….we are constantly evaluating where we can improve our product offering, and welcome your feedback. In order to ship product directly to you in 15 days or less, there are certain packaging constraints that limit the size and weight of items we can ship. Our offering is always in development however, so stay tuned for new items and covers!
