Every one of our products is built to order, from scratch, and each piece follows a similar product journey to your doorstep.
That’s My Seat was conceived on the idea of offering a variety of styles, not wholly dependent on current trends, to appeal to a wide variety of customers. Certain designs have been market proven for decades, and others capitalize on popular features and en vogue designs. All designs take into account the necessity of rapid production and fast delivery. If we can’t build it and get it to you in 15 days or less, we won’t sell it.
The manufacturing process for our furniture starts with quality hardwoods, reliably sourced covers, and dependable moving parts. We have partnered with some of the most respected suppliers in the furniture industry to bring you a finished product that you’ll not only be proud of, but that will last!
Hardwoods are sourced from dozens of lumber mills around the United States. Recliner mechanisms are assembled from all domestic steel parts. Fabrics are sourced globally from the some of the largest and most innovative mills.
Every piece of furniture sold by That’s My Seat is assembled from scratch by American workers. Frame corners are bolted and glued together, and supported by steel truss plates. Fabrics and leathers are upholstered by hand to exacting specifications by some of the most experienced and skilled upholsterers in the world. Finished products are individually inspected before being cartoned, to ensure the highest levels quality.
Once cartoned, each piece is transferred to our shipping partner, FedEx, for ground service delivery anywhere in the continental 48 United States. Your furniture may arrive in one of two cartons, depending on its size and weight.
Here is where you help complete the product journey. If you buy a chair or ottoman from Thats My Seat, you’ll only need to screw on the legs. If you buy a recliner, you’ll only need to slide the back onto the mechanism arms and snap down the back flap. These products are designed for easy assembly!
